To the fullest extent permitted by Egyptian law, PropertyDiagnose's total liability to you for any claim arising from or relating to these terms or your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you have paid to PropertyDiagnose in the twelve months preceding the claim, or if you have not made any payment, shall not exceed a nominal amount. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability, so these limitations may not apply to you.
